This leather knife roll comes with 8 knife slots of various widths, a protective covering flap and an additional 10" zippered side pocket for miscellaneous items. Chefs knives, bread knives, carving forks, utility knives down to a smaller paring knife would all have their dedicated spots in a tiered sizing arrangement. The protective leather flap keeps handles from rubbing against each other but also prevents any knife from slipping out of the roll.
